There may come a time when knowing what hand is most likely to be the strong hand, just may come in handy. A quick glance at the belt will provide a very good indication which hand the person favors. Most right handed people will feed their belt to the left side and it ends up on the left.

This visual is only an indicator and may not hold true 100% of the time but again it is good information to have and keep in your toolbox.
